Making “Vin de Buisson” 2014

In a secret location of the Regional natural park of Livradois-Forez (in Auvergne, France), friends prepare each year the best drink in the world, most treacherous also… A very sweet and fruity nectar, also (quite) a bit strong… Le Vin de Buisson (literally “Bush Wine”). A subtle blend of red wine, liquor, sugar and actual specific bushes, collected in the area, in even more secret spots…

This year, we were lucky to be invited and able to show this major event to our Berlin friend Julia, from PonyDanceClyde.

After putting in all ingredients, the mixture must be checked and shaked everyday. It takes 10 days to be ready to drink. Maybe you would fancy a little glass of Rosé and prepare lunch after this, like us… Rabbit, yummy.

Stay tuned to read the DEGUSTATION story…
